I am hoping that by the end of the week I will have accomplished two things:
1. Have a campaign website up.
2. Have the petition forms needed to get me on the ballot.
By the end of August I am hoping to have the following accomplished:
1. Have the minimum 150 signatures to be on the Bangor ballot in November.
2. Spoken publicly with other candidates on at least two occassions.
3. Have my college preparations complete.
My daily plan this week is to prepare my walk through Bangor. Now, I will post on twitter when I can, which will be before and after I go on my door-to-door campaign. This will allow people to know when I am out walking so they can come talk with me and we can discuss issues in a more in depth manner.
You have no idea how weird this is for me. Most of my life I have critisized politicians for saying the things I am saying but once your in that position it comes like a genuine instict. I am writing this part of things down so I remember this feeling and make certain it stays genuine. I really mean what I am saying.
