The cash for clunkers program is, or isn't on its deathbed. It is, or isn't, out of money. It will, or won't, have an emergency expansion of funds for a program that may, or may not, be running on fumes. The news reports are numerous, and all of them contradictory of the one that came before it.
Good to know used car sales have the same effect on the government as it does on us.
Just think, soon we could have this level of confusion about our health care too!
