I feel some very basic principles for people who don't want to be killed by drug smugglers, have their property damaged, or WANT a job can be endorsed:
Get your visa, get your citizenship, or get the hell out!
Don't try legislation to stop illegal immigration. Give property owners on the border some guns and tell them if it moves take aim.
Illegal immigration isn't about the law, its about citizenship. The process shouldn't involve arrest, it should go straight to deportation to Tierra del Fuego, give them an ID card, and if they manage to crawl all the way back here, let them stay.
