Everyone who witnessed the shooting and fled should face manslaughter charges for leaving him to die. I don't care which side of the fight you were on, you left him to die. Such a thing is unforgivable. Should this be proven to be gang related, the punishments should be maximum for everyone charged. We need to send a message we will not allow our cities, our streets, our Maine to become a haven for thugs whose only motive is to intimidate and leech off the fears of others
