Assinine Assassination Fallout

The article says:
European Union foreign ministers will condemn assassinations and the use of forged passports on Monday to censure Israel after the killing of a Palestinian militant in Dubai.

Excerpt over. The European Union is going to condemn Israel for possibly killing the leader of a terrorist organization in an assassination in which the job of several of the hit squad's members was to steer civilians away. Am I the only one who sees this kind of assassination as somehow more noble than the attacks in Lebanon?
