There have been three speeches that stand out to me in the post-awakening stage of my life. It is true I was not always involved in politics. Hillary Clinton's speech at the DNC, McCain's speech at the RNC, were inspiring and excellent speeches. Barack Obama's speech at the NAACP was absolutely astounding.
I am not speaking to the contents of these speeches, but the quality. The emotion within them and the way the crowd moved with the words in response are what make an excellent speech.
As I write this news came in that Obama will be on tv again next week in prime time on the 22nd. Anyhow, his speech ability is still one of the best in the political world. It should make Pelosi ashamed of her speeches.
